Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
I am an Associate Professor at the Dept. of Informatics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Prior to that, I was a visiting lecturer at the University of Cyprus and a research associate member in the School of Computer Science of the University of Manchester and of CERTH. I am a member of Datalab (former Delab).
My main research interests are in the areas of autonomic, adaptive and wide-area data management, massive parallelism, flow and query optimization, big data analytics, data mining and resource scheduling.
